A 47-year-old woman believed to be at-risk because of bipolar disorder disappeared earlier this month, Rocklin police said.

The woman's sister said she spoke to Kristin Jean Paddelford by phone on June 12, and thought she was at home at the time.

Medication and cigarettes were found at Paddelford's home, and her sister said she does not leave home without those items.

Paddelford does not own a car or drive. Investigators think she is walking.

She is described as a white woman, 5 feet 7 inches tall, about 225 pounds, with blue eyes and brown hair.

Anyone with information should call Rocklin police at 916-625-5400.
