SACRAMENTO, Calif. -- A transformer fire caused a brief power outage in downtown Sacramento on Friday afternoon.The blaze broke out shortly after noon near the corner of 14th and G streets.Some street lights were out near the area of the fire. Some businesses reported a brief outage as well.
