ROCKLIN, Calif. -- The United Auburn Indian Community announced plans Friday to buy about 65 acres in Rocklin's Clover Valley if plans to develop the area go through. That would remove about 150 homes from the planned development, leaving about 400 to be built. There won't be any development there unless voters approve Measure H during the spring election. The Rocklin City Council approved plans to build more than 550 homes there but protests from residents forced the plan onto the ballot.
